Today, we are thrilled to present Milo Gore performing his latest single, “Noise Gone Dancing.” The track is taken from the rising artist’s debut album, How Do You Cope While Grieving For The Living? which arrived at the end of August.

“Noise Gone Dancing” is a powerful track about personal grief, visible struggle, and the mood swings someone encounters post-relationship. The aftermath of a failed affair can be painful and the stages of grief we navigate, whether knowingly or not, are poignantly explored within this song. Vulnerable and personal, the sinking dark lyrics perfectly contrasts the soaring tension of pop, punk, and alt-rock. “Noise” is also the album opener on Milo’s album, a strong indication of the honest lyricism, captivating vocals, and relatable moments captured within the album’s 12 tracks.

How Do You Cope While Grieving For The Living? is a record of love and loss. It discusses topics of addiction and battles with mental health, but ultimately sends an encouraging message of personal acceptance. Songs like “Green Eyes” and “Jade” are frenetic and upbeat while nostalgic over past emotions. While the album’s first single, “Jerry Can” reflects on tides of change and the difficulty of grief, leading to the inspiration for the album’s title and the song’s chorus.

Milo’s debut album arrives following support on BBC Introducing, BBC Radio, CLASH Magazine, Wonderland, and others. While still a fairly new artist, his music strikes a deep chord with fans that are drawn to strong lyricism and lush guitar melodies. His debut album was produced by Pete Prokopiw (Mumford & Sons, Florence & The Machine) and mixed by Andy Savours (Sigur Ros, The Horrors, Arctic Monkeys).
