“IDK You Yet” by Alexander 23 is out on Interscope Records

A week after creating “IDK You Yet” during self-isolation, rising artist Alexander 23 is back to share its official release. On the follow-up to “Loving You Gets Hard,” the Chicago native addresses his longing for filling a void in his heart.

The track is a strong representation of Alexander’s ability to channel and share his sincere feelings in a highly-relatable song. “I think especially with everything that’s going on in the world right now, people are feeling incomplete. I know I am,” he shares. This latest release arrives with a lyric video that shows him tossing roses from the basket of his bike. Watch below.

Like all of Alexander 23’s past releases, “IDK You Yet” was completely conceptualized, recorded and produced by the rising multi-instrumentalist. It’s his third solo track of the year after “I Hate You So Much,” and follows a remix of Selena Gomez’s “Rare.”

After two sold-out headline shows in LA, the artist born Alexander Glantz joined Chelsea Cutler’s headlining tour, which included a compelling performance at The Fillmore Silver Spring and others. While the tour ended early due to safety concerns surrounding the current pandemic, fans can catch Alexander 23 on tour with LAUV in August. See all dates here.
