“Worry About Me” is out via Polydor Records
Ellie’s latest bop is accompanied by the news her highly-anticipated fourth album will arrive on June 5th – the Friday before she is currently set to take the stage at Governors Ball and Virgin Fest LA. The track follows “Sixteen,” “Close To Me,” “Hate Me” and her cover of Joni Mitchell’s “River” – which saw Goulding claim her third UK #1. The track also claimed the distinction of becoming the last number-one single of the decade.
While news surrounding EG4 is tightly under wraps, the pop icon recently shared in a tweet that she’s pouring her heart out on the next album, which may sound closer to 2018s beautiful ballad “Flux” than some of the more experimental pop songs we’re being served as of late. Either way, we’re all just excited for a new album.
