Chris is out now on Because Music
Today, Christine and the Queens unveils the official music video for her latest single, “Comme si.” The single is taken from the critically-acclaimed 2018 album Chris and its video is directed by David Wilson (Arctic Monkeys, Tame Impala). Inspired by Shakespeare’s Hamlet, the video finds Chris reinterpreting the tale of the doomed Ophelia while krumping through the water in a nude-toned 2 piece. It’s incredible, check it out below.
The new “Comme si” video arrives days before Christine and the Queens’ highly-anticipated return to Coachella, which will be live-streamed both weekends. Christine also recently collaborated with the festival to create a Coachella Curated documentary which will air soon, and will also make her Jimmy Kimmel debut between both Coachella weekends on Tuesday, April 16.
Besides opening for Florence + The Machine, Chris is confirmed for a headline slot at All Points East and will perform at Glastonbury, Boston Calling, Roskilde, Way Out West and many more. See the full dates below.
