Lollapalooza Chicago returns on August 1-4: TICKETS

How can anyone miss Lollapalooza this year? Returning home to Chicago’s Grant Park next month, the iconic music festival is gearing up to deliver four magnificently music-filled days, and surely one of its most memorable experiences to date.

While the festival’s annual 100,000+ visitors will swarm for Ariana Grande‘s chart-topping performance, Childish Gambino‘s spiritual and woke live set, Australian musical trendsetters Tame Impala and Flume, NYC rockers The Strokes, Twenty One Pilots, and The Chainsmokers, I will be front and center for J Balvin on Saturday night.

The Colombian megastar, who just recently dropped an 8-track OASIS EP alongside Bad Bunny, will be the first Latino headliner in the festival’s 28-year history, and I definitely need to see it all go down. We can only hope Rosalía will join for an epic cut of “Brillo” from J Balvin’s latest album, Vibras, ahead of her Sunday set at the festival.

Aside from the Latin megastars taking over Chi-town, Lollapalooza 2019 also promises a compelling blend of nearly every popular genre under the sun while delivering a jawdropping lineup that includes everyone from Kacey Musgraves, Lil Wayne, King Princess, and Tierra Whack to Madeon, Yaeji, 21 Savage, SigridNormani, Alesso, and so so many more. See the full lineup below.

With one of the year’s best lineups quickly approaching and a weekend that will be rounded out by delicious Chicago eats, activist and political organizations raising awareness and involvement, and delicious drinks by Tito’s and others, we can’t imagine how anyone can miss Lollapalooza 2019. Four-day GA tickets are currently going for $340 with opportunities to purchase GA+, VIP, Platinum, and more, currently available. For more information or to purchase tickets: CLICK HERE.
