Oliver Riot Shares New Song, “Nervous”: Stream

“Nervous” is out via AWAL

Experimental pop duo Oliver Riot – comprised of identical twins, Benjamin and Alexander Moore – have released their brand new song, “Nervous.” Led by the outfit’s lush falsettos, chilling strings by Thomas Lea, and a somber piano, the first follow-up to 2017s Neurosis EP brushes on a darker sound that begs for repeat streams. Listen to the Eric Palmquist-produced single below.

“Honestly, [Nervous] is more of a poem than it is a song,” says the band. “The poem is about the feeling of being physically within proximity to someone you love while simultaneously knowing that they’re just out of emotional reach.” The single arrives ahead of the brothers’ first set of headline shows in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York. Tickets for the dates are available here.

LIVE DATES:
October 18 – San Francisco, CA – PopScene
October 24 – Brooklyn, NY – Elsewhere (Zone One)
October 28 – Los Angeles, CA – The Moroccan
