see you later maybe never (demos) is out via Interscope/Island Records
Breakout UK act Easy Life has shared two new tracks “peanut butter” and “petty crime.” Created during the ongoing era of quarantine, the songs are released as see you later maybe never (demos). See the at-home visual for “peanut butter,” below.
Easy Life’s two new tracks follow an already whirlwind year for the Leicester quintet. For one, the band dropped their debut mixtape, Junk Food in January, which charted in the UK Top 10. The 7-track release includes “Sangria” with Arlo Parks and “Dead Celebrities,” among other great tracks. Easy Life also won ‘Best New British Act’ at the 2020 NME Awards and landed at number 2 in the prestigious BBC Sound Poll.
Even with the international lockdowns, the band is showing no sign of slowing down. Already enlisting producer collaborators Bekon (Kendrick Lamar) and FINNEAS, the band is hard at work on their anticipated debut album. While the future remains unclear, the band is still poised to become one of the best UK music exports in years. See fall dates for their North American tour below and find tickets here.
