“Wired” is out on Icarus Records
British artist ONUR has shared his latest single and music video, “Wired.” The track is a celebration of personal growth and encourages listeners not to diminish their value for acceptance by others. The song marks the beginning of ONUR’s path to a sophomore EP. Watch the Oliver Marshall-directed video below.
“Wired” is written and produced by ONUR with mixing by XL’s John Foyle (Sampha, fka Twigs, Kali Uchis). The track follows ONUR’s debut EP, A Millenial Rhapsody, which features his breakout track “Beautiful Time.” In addition to accumulating over 650k streams, the debut EP properly introduced the world to promising talent.
ONUR’s track also arrives after a year that saw him sell out headline shows in London. Which garnered the attention of major labels, radio, and global tastemakers. With sights on a fall release for his EP, it’s clear he’s just getting started.
