Kali Uchis Releases “Muévelo,” Set to Headline Governors Ball 2026
GRAMMY-winning artist Kali Uchis is officially headlining Governors Ball on Saturday, June 6th, at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens. The news lands alongside new music. Uchis recently released “Muévelo,” a long-awaited track that leaked as a demo during her ORQUÍDEAS era and quickly became a fan-favorite, generating buzz on social media as listeners rallied for the full version.
Framed by Uchis as a moment of “self-love” after the song was shared without her consent, the record reconnects her to the lush, rhythmic world of ORQUÍDEAS—a project that debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200 and further cemented her as one of Latin pop and alt-R&B’s most versatile voices.
The drop arrives as Uchis prepares for the Latin America leg of The Sincerely, Tour, which starts on Super Bowl night, February 8th, in São Paulo. The run includes major stops in Buenos Aires, Bogotá, Santiago, Lima, and several dates in Mexico, wrapping later in the month. The new dates follow her acclaimed 2025 North American arena leg, which ranked among Billboard’s highest-grossing Latin tours of the year, selling 322k tickets across 29 dates and grossing ~$31.2M.
Uchis’ continued rise speaks to her deliberate approach to music since the release of major hits like “telepatía” and “Moonlight.” Across albums like Sin Miedo, Red Moon in Venus, and Sincerely,, she’s evolved without losing her unique sound or visionary songwriting—building a universe that feels equally intimate and expansive.
Stream “Muévelo” and catch Kali Uchis headlining Governors Ball 2026 on Saturday, June 6, alongside other weekend headliners Lorde, Baby Keem, Stray Kids, A$AP Rocky, Jennie, and more. See available tickets and passes here. Follow Kali Uchis for future updates.
