Get ready to have this one on repeat. Ayra Starr is back with a new single, “Where Do We Go” and it’s pure fiery magic. Her first song of the year, the Beninese-Nigerian Afrobeats artist turns the passion of a sneaky-link into an irresistible, emotional track.

Released yesterday (3/6), “Where Do We Go” is produced by Grammy®-winning hitmaker ILYA and is driven by crisp percussion, snaps, claps, and a bold bassline that sits over subtle, somber music box synths. The hook carries the emotional weight, turning the after-hours question into “Where do we go from here?” once the lack of clarity starts to hit.

The release follows October’s “Who’s Dat Girl” featuring Rema and a year that saw Ayra Starr surpass 7 billion global streams and 1 billion YouTube views. In 2025, she also received a GRAMMY nomination for Best African Music Performance for “Gimme Dat” featuring Wizkid, won two MOBO Awards (including Best African Music Act), and won a BET Award for Best International Act. Her 2022 hit “Rush” also surpassed 500 million Spotify plays, making her the first African female artist to have two songs reach that milestone on Spotify.
