A standout year for “one of D.C.’s most popular indie-pop artists” (Washington City Paper), Jeff Draco & Friends follows a summer highlighted by Jeff’s headlining, eight-city Never Gonna Be The Same Tour and a year that has seen the 23-year-old artist share the stage with Carlie Hanson, Sophie Powers, Rebounder, French Cassettes, and The Crystal Casino Band. Draco also joined Aussie duo Vallis Alps on select dates of their first U.S. tour in six years.
An artist continuing to explore the depths of his songwriting, Draco’s performances have been underscored by the release of his vulnerable track, “Letters,” which prompted The Luna Collective to declare, “Draco is on track to become the next household name in the indie music scene,” and “Never Gonna Be The Same,” a song about change and growth that’s meant to be as much a step back as it is a reason just to let go and dance as the world burns. Both songs were co-produced with friend and fellow rising artist Blake Ruby.
Beyond new releases, Jeff Draco’s music continues to resonate with fans, as his single “Dreamgirl” recently surpassed 20,000 playlist placements and an impressive 650k streams. In the studio currently working on new music, Draco is preparing the follow-up to his 2022 EP, Freezing in Hollywood, which has accumulated over 180k streams and garnered support from Wonderland, Live Nation’s Ones To Watch NMF playlist, and Kinda Cool Magazine – who named Jeff Draco one of its top Undiscovered Artists of 2022.
Jeff Draco wraps the year with Jeff Draco & Friends at Metro Baltimore on December 9th. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit JeffDraco.com.
